Why get a membership to this web site?

1. More ways to contribute - you can add comments, events, and photos.  You can even create your own web sites to promote your club, events, or fencing rants.
   
2. Increased trust - your postings are made under a real identity.  Non-member and anonymous postings are still accepted (for now) but are demoted in importance.  Member postings are accorded maximum visibility.

With that said, here are the rules of conduct:

1. You have to provide a real email address.  Your password will be mailed here, so there's no way around this rule.
2. You have to provide a name that lets the community know who you really are.  It doesn't have to be your legal name, but it should be something clearly identifying you.  If you are writing in an "official" capacity as a club rep, it is okay to use your club name.
   
3. You also have to pick a login ID, but this is normally not displayed unless you haven't provided a proper name.
4. No rude or offensive names, please.  Funny ones are okay, as long as we know who it is.
5. Break the rules, and I might delete your account, or just change your info to something more appropriate without asking you.
